Understanding myself and dealing with difficulty

The Exchange, 33 Gawber Road, Barnsley S75 2AH

Understanding my mental health and wellbeing

This is a good introductory course, that aims to provide the space and opportunity to better understand your thoughts, feeling and behaviours, with the intention of  helping you to manage them better. We hope that the sessions we facilitate, help  you to identify some of the difficulties that you are having, so that you can make informed choices about your next steps.  There will be an invitation to consider this, in line with the other courses that we offer at the college, on week 6.

(6 weeks, 2 hours per session.)
