We’re back!
We have been working hard on our new gym course and have a new member of staff; welcome our new Exercise Specialist Dale Jones!
Dale has worked in the NHS for 17 years in various roles, but mainly in secondary care mental health services – firstly as a Support Worker then onto Associate Practitioner. He is very passionate about exercise and how movement can help greatly with mental and physical health. It’s helped him greatly on his own journey and continues to do so, physically and mentally.
Dale has extensive knowledge around exercise and boxercise and will be pleased to help and offer learners his expertise and knowledge for whoever is on their own Health and Physical Wellbeing journey.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
