Timeout Tiles – Hoyland Community Shop
Take some time out of your day to join us for a morning of creativity and positivity. Together, we’ll explore how positive affirmations can strengthen self-esteem, reinforce your sense of self-worth, and remind you of your skills and ability to manage challenging situations. We’ll also look at how inspirational and motivational quotes can lift your mood and outlook. During the session, you’ll create your own personalised affirmations, decorating them onto tiles to take home as a lasting reminder.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
