Exploring My Interests
If you don’t know anything about cooking, this five-week course will give you the skills and confidence to prepare and cook a range of meals for yourself, family, or friends.
Each week you will learn to cook a delicious meal to take away with you. You will also be given a recipe card and a selection of ingredients so that you can try out your new cooking skills at home.
This isn’t about becoming a chef; it’s about being able to look after yourself and save money. All equipment, resources and food ingredients will be supplied by the Recovery College.
