Calling all Family & Friends carers! 

Come and join the Family & Friends Team at the Recovery College on Thursday 15 December 1-3pm for a wellbeing afternoon.

There’ll be an opportunity for you to have a physical health check and access to lots of wellbeing information, diet, exercise and self-care tips.  We’ll also have a festive buffet for you to enjoy!
