Relax and unwind while developing creative skills through Drama. Use the performing arts for relaxation and to engage with a mindful activity that will give you a voice. self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management are all associated with the art of Theatre. If you are interested in the performing arts, writing, the production, behind the scenes or performing, this is the course for you. We will learn how to regain confidence and self esteem through Drama. Creating moments of wellbeing in the day is essential for our emotional and mental health. Telling stories, creating a setting or exploring performance will give the opportunity to work with like minded people in this course, where all are welcome to enjoy exploring narrative and self-expression. This allows people to express themselves and explore different emotions and perspectives through role-playing and improvisation. Work at your own pace no experience is needed.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
