Managing your Stress with painting and Drawing
The course will enable learners to manage stress through painting and drawing. Research has shown that creating art helps people slow down, allowing them to relax, de-stress and explore their creativity. Drawing and painting is something that anyone can do. For this course, we will be working with pen and ink; combined with colour wash and the techniques needed to achieve artworks.
When you’re drawing with ink, because the marks are permanent, you’re more likely to experiment with the different marks you can make. You might try scribbly drawings one time and the next more detailed work. All that matters is the satisfaction that comes from making marks and painting with colour. The course is suitable for both beginners and improvers in a friendly and supportive environment.
