This course will allow you to share your thoughts and ideas in a supportive environment with like-minded people. We will develop strategies to use Creative Writing to explore self-awareness through the construction of narrative. All are welcome as no experience is needed to engage with this process. You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
